User status definitions

pending-validation

This is the initial status of a pre-approved user, awaiting the user to register.

manual-validation

Status when the user’s information during the registration needs to be validated manually by the Propaga team.

validated

Status when the user finishes the registration process and is ready to start using the platform. This is the default status for a user.

in-payment-default

Status when the user not made the payment in time and cannot make transactions. Everytime the user fall into this status, the user will have to pay a penalty fee.

in-payment-plan

Status when the user is in a payment plan to pay the debt in installments. The user will have to pay the debt in installments until it is paid in full. The user still cannot make transactions while in this status. For the statuses in-payment-default and in-payment-plan, the user will need to pay the debt in full to get out of the status and be able to make transactions again.
